When I try to change my password, I'm not receiving the code being sent via email. Help!

The email looks like the example below. 

Please search your spam folder and main inbox using the following search terms:

  • Your verification code
  • noreply@section4.com 

Codes are only valid for one hour. If you still cannot find the email, please request a new code. Please note that requesting a new code will invalidate the first code requested.
